USMAN KHAWAJA WILL BE TYING THE KNOT WITH HER FIANCÉE

Usman Khawaja the 1st Muslim cricket player to represent Australia. He will be tying the knot with Rachel McLellan next month in what is supposed to be a grand affair. Usman and Rachel start dating in 2016, the top order batsman's faith was questioned when he decided to engage with a catholic girl.

 However, Rachel converted in to Islam after knowing about it and falling in love with Khawaja. Rachel revealed that she had so many misconceptions about Islam initially, all I read was about terrorism in the name of Islam and so many other horrible things and I only listed to what I had heard on the news.

It was Usman who cleared every misconception of her about Islam. Rachel also said that, it was her own call and nobody put pressure on her to convert. She said that Khawaja’s love story should encourage several to break the shackles of religious discrimination.
